finally got around to solidifying a design for piplup!hamlet (i've hated the first design since 2008) so i decided to just make a sheet. regretting not drawing back views but w/e

I decided to make piplup hamlet's outfit more like a modified school uniform, I guess? to reflect how he was a snobby private school student before becoming a pokemon. tachibana-chan gave me the idea for the striped pants ahaha

his weapons are basically super soakers loaded with seltzer water (and he will wreck you with them)

ideally i'd like to make an updated sheet for dusknoir too but we'll see
